KSDK “5 On Your Side” news reporter, Travis Cummings, visited with Nina Mendoza, Walker Clinic’s speech-language pathologist, during the back-to-school event held at the Tabernacle HUB.

“ST. LOUIS — School will be back in session for students in St. Louis in less than a month, and organizations are preparing families for success. The Hub in St. Louis’ Ville neighborhood was a one-stop-shop for Martina Ewing and her two boys on Saturday. The first 50 families who visited the Back-to-School Family Fun Day received free school backpacks and school supplies.There were raffles, games, and other opportunities spread throughout the building to support students, including access to the Walker Scottish Rite Clinic which provides speech therapy services.”
